Returns
We hope you love the unique, natural beauty of your purchase, but if you are not satisfied for any reason, return it in new condition, in the original shipping carton, within 30 days for a full refund.

Return ship date must be within 30 days.
Buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrived damaged. See Damaged and Defective Items below.
The original box and packaging materials are part of the product and must be kept in the received condition during the return window. All returns must be in their brand-new and unused condition in the original box with the original packaging materials.
Refunds are issued after the item passes a detailed inspection at our studio. Returns will be inspected within 5 business days after being received.
If a shipment is returned to us by our carrier due to delivery rejection, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
All international sales are final.
Damaged and Defective Items
Notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@zellahague.com with a detailed description of the damage or defect, and supporting photos of the item, original box, and packaging materials.
Damaged or defective items must be securely shipped back in the original box and packaging materials.
Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no cost to the buyer. If replacement items are unavailable for over a month, store credit will be issued.
Cancel an Order
Orders may be canceled prior to shipping. Email us at info@zellahague.com to cancel an order. We cannot cancel an order once it has left our studio.
